I was reluctant to wear the same sweater for seven consecutive days because I was concerned about odor and about people noticing that I was wearing the same sweater. None of my friends commented on the repeat wearing of the sweater and there was no problem with odor!

30 days of loving this sweater. I received the all season, crew neck sweater in the undyed color. I wore it for 30 days straight, without washing, documenting my experience on the Oliver Charles FB group. The sweater did not retain any odors. I did not feel like the sweater was itchy, and I am a sensitive person - I was really worried about this. The weight was perfect for me (especially since I get the occasional hot flash) in this winter season, I usually wear a hoodie around the house so it was a bit of a style upgrade at home. I would recommend this sweater for women going through menopause because it is lighter weight, very breathable and does not retain odors. I would also recommend it to travelers because not needing to wash it on a regular basis would help with packing light for a trip. Sustainable products that last are important to me when collecting items for my capsule wardrobe and these sweaters definitely fit the bill.I can’t wait to add more Oliver Charles sweaters to my collection. I’m downsizing my wardrobe and am also trying to replace most of the items I own with quality pieces that are made in the USA. I was looking for a sweater to take on vacation to Iceland. One that I could layer based on changing weather conditions. Also a sweater that is a neutral color to be able to wear with different pant styles and is machine washable. I would recommend this sweater to anyone who is looking to decrease the total number of sweaters packed for cool/cold weather travel and can be worn to the office or with jeans on the weekend.

I really wanted to build a small collection of high quality clothing pieces that I can wear in my daily professional, family, outdoor and social life. I wanted to reduce my footprint by not needing to buy new clothing frequently, and to reduce the daily mental load of trying to decide what to wear. Love the color. I wore it 12 days and slept with it on 2! It feels cozy, but was not warm enough for the really cold temperatures like 40's and below. I had some really cold days in the Grand Canyon and the desert 🏜 I would try a small. It was a little big and long so I am thinking a small light fit me better. It doesn't smell and is still great. A little silly, but I will wash it as I am on my last flight home today. It has been from Phoenix to California

This sweater is so comfortable. I’m in Arizona this time of year and I am now packing it up for spring in Montana. Perfect weight for me. The size is a nice fit, I didn’t want a baggy sweater so I can layer it in the winter. The light grey color is soft and lovely, goes with everything. I wear it with jean, leggings and sweatpants. The brand resonates with me because I am all about having less unnecessary clothing that I don’t really wear or like. This sweater is one I wear. No pilling or weird stretching with wear. Even the arms stay nice looking wear after wear. Thank you. I’m glad I bought it.

Some of the things that I don't love about some of my sweaters is the inability to just machine wash them. I don't mind hand washing, but it takes a lot more effort and I'm just not a fan. I'm also not very precious with any of my things. I don't want to worry about living my life and worrying about spilling something or worry about the fabric being too delicate. I love how this sweater smelled so fresh and clean from the moment I took it out of the package. It continued to smell very clean (slight soap scent) throughout the 7 days that I wore this sweater. I love that this sweater is machine washable, so at some point, when it do need to wash it, I won't think twice about putting this in my washing machine. I was surprised at how soft it became after a day of wearing it. I don't normally wear sweaters without a thin layer underneath, but usually I'll still feel it itching on my arms or neck. This sweater didn't cause any itchiness at all. I think it gives me a great option to wear in many situations without thinking too hard about it. I would definitely recommend this sweater to anyone that's looking for a lighter layer to slightly chilly temps. It layers great with thin layers underneath and is great under jackets. I can see this being great as a layering piece when out and about or out hiking, etc. If you have sensitive skin to fibers, I'd still give this sweater a try. I didn't have any issues and I feel my skin tends to be on the more sensitive side. Great staple that will be with me for many years!
